Process

Our Process

If you are a homeowner in Katy, TX, looking for a trustworthy roofing company, there’s a good chance your property has been damaged in a recent storm. Due to the hail and wind damage, as well as the increasing occurrences of severe weather, thousands of residential roofs in the area now need to be replaced each year. These clay tile and shingle roof replacements are covered by most homeowners’ insurance policies.

STEP 1

Perform an Inspection

Our roof inspectors will provide a comprehensive roof inspection to help determine if your roof is in need of repair, needs replacement, or if it looks good and doesn’t require any service.

STEP 2

Insurance Approval

We work with your home insurance company to provide the necessary documentation and roof inspection reports to submit with your claim to initiate the approval process.

STEP 3

Roof Installation

Once the claim is approved by your insurance, we begin the roof repair or replacement process. Generally the work is complete within one day!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had a great experience with this roofing company. They replaced my roof in 2017 after hurricane Harvey caused damage to my house. I since then I haves had any problems with the roof. I am using them again to do a roof inspection on another property that I am buying and they have been awesome in coordinating a time as soon as possible.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had the pleasure of working with Diamond Star Roofing and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Finding a roofing company you can trust isn’t always easy but Diamond Star was highly recommended by my sister who has used them in the past.

From the initial consultation, Wanda was responsive, knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. She took the time to explain my options clearly. The estimate was fair and very detailed. She walked me through the whole daunting process making it very easy and seamless.

Most importantly the quality of our new roof is outstanding. Her crew were efficient and extremely respectful of our property. We love our new roof!

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest and skilled roofing company, I highly recommend Diamond Star Roofing.
